1. What is your return & exchange policy?
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments. All sale items are final sale. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Do you offer store credit?
Yes! Store credit will be issued only upon receipt and approval of a returned item. Item must be returned in the condition in which it was shipped. Once processed, you will receive a store credit code via email to use on a future purchase.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
4. What are your shipping policies?
• We currently only ship within the U.S.
• Orders ship within 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Orders are processed within 24 hours after purchase (excluding weekends and pre-orders).
• Next-day shipping is not available at this time.
• Shipping times may be delayed during holidays and sale events.
5. What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means you are purchasing an item before it is in stock. Pre-orders will have an estimated shipping date, which will be noted in the product description.
6. Can I get a refund on shipping costs?
No. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
